Where the Gongs are Made

Last Wednesday, we had a family trip to Kudat. Our main destination was Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, which is more commonly known as the "Tip of Borneo". Before reaching the town, we visited a small village called as Kg. Sumangkap, where the traditional KadazanDusun gongs are made.

Depicting cultures in photos proves to be a huge challenge for me. It requires great timing to capture a spontaneous photo that really potrays the culture in a certain place. I only managed to take a few photos. Here they are:

Yeah~!
Even my sis told me that [Sad] was the best photo i took during the trip. Indeed, it potrays an interesting story.

thx for the suggestion too.
but i tink the original photo works well in capturing the true colours of a rural "kampung". heh
